This agreement is a legal contract between you and Liuliangguang VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN client application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or its associated marks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or service fees, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those components is also subject to the relevant third-party terms.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by unpaid carrier bills, data limits, poor signal, device restrictions, or local network conditions. Mobile data charges or roaming fees may apply when you use the App outside Wi-Fi or outside your home country. Please confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before use.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Issues caused by depleted battery, device configuration, third-party platform policy changes, or user error are not covered by compensation. Although we work to provide accurate route information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate service as permitted by law.
